In the unlikely case that an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to organise an alternate product or replacement, or, if one is not available, we will refund your total sale amount including postage.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking email, which will allow you to view the progress of your order.
Australian Domestic Delivery
$9.95 Next Day Express Post Domestic Delivery*
Australia-wide postage is one flat rate per order: Express Post ($9.95 AUD flat rate inc. GST) and is sent via Australia Post. This option requires a signature for delivery and cannot be left at a specified address. If the delivery is unable to be signed for by the addressee, it will be delivered to your closest Australia Post outlet for collection at a later date.
Your delivery is able to be tracked online; relevant tracking information will be supplied in your ‘order shipped’ confirmation email. All Australian packages are shipped via Australia Post, with their Express Post service. The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes and timing depends on whether your 'to' and 'from' postcodes fall within a service's delivery network. Please note that these timings are estimates only and # Collaborate Store will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any external delivery delays.

International orders are charged a flat rate based on the shipping address (see rates during checkout process) and are sent by Australia Post Registered Post International.
# Collaborate Store currently ships to the following international locations: United Kingdom, United States, Canada and New Zealand. The tracking details of your order will be sent through to you in your ‘order shipped’ email confirmation.
Please allow up to four weeks delivery for international orders.
Please ensure all details of your international address are correctly entered in the checkout. # Collaborate Store will not be liable for any loss of goods through incorrectly entered address details.
All international orders may be subject to country-specific import duties, taxes and customs checks, which are applied when your order arrives in your country.
